The GeoPrise.NET Economic Development software provides a powerful internet-based tool to select potential development sites in an out-of-the-box and easy-to-use solution. It automates the analysis and review of a large collection of properties that done manually could take a costly amount of time. Site characteristic queries, coupled with proximity analysis can be performed in an efficient, time saving manner that allows fast response to those prospective developers. GeoPrise.NET is first in using ESRI’s new ArcWeb services to provide demographic market profile reports for selected areas.

Economic Development software installation and maintenance is based on GeoPrise.NET’s flexible wizard-driven interface that minimizes administration overhead, while allowing quick start-up time. It also provides the same navigation tools and drop-down menus as other GeoPrise.NET applications, but adds a set of tools that focus on property searches and candidate analysis. Whether it’s selecting all warehouse properties or finding sites near a user-specified point, Economic Development software offers a full range of tools and options that can assist your staff in the selection, analysis and reporting of candidate sites.

Several case studies have shown that computer-based applications have a high success rate in the placement of businesses in prospective areas without a huge investment in time or software. GeoPrise’s Economic Development tool will put this capability on the desktops of your organization in a relatively short time, with a minimum of staff effort, at a cost that is easily justifiable.
